VALUED CLIENTS
The term CLIENT relates to a Process Facility, Municipality, Mining Company or its representatives or employees authorized to purchase or having purchased Process Security LLC Safe-Pass Safe Work Permit licensed products and/or Safe-Pass Instructional Training.
PRIVACY POLICY
Process Security LLC has built its foundation on maintaining absolute respect for client's privacy and confidentiality. Our entire staff adheres to our rigid non-disclosure and utilization policy, which assures we will never knowingly divulge a clients technical and/or business information without first acquiring their written permission.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Process Security, LLC, an Illinois Limited Liability Corporation hereinafter called THE COMPANY provides software solutions for reducing construction hazards impacting industry safety, health, environmental, security and assets. This software is hereinafter called THE PRODUCT, and is offered for sale, sold and/or otherwise provided to be in compliance with all laws and regulations. THE PRODUCT is programmed by the client to meet their specific facility safety and security requirements. THE COMPANY licenses THE PRODUCT for use by the client with the understanding that THE COMPANY is held harmless for clients programming and subsequent use of the product.
SHIPMENT AND RETURN POLICY
THE PRODUCT is client downloaded licensed for use software. Once THE PRODUCT is paid for, it is downloaded and becomes licensed for use by THE COMPANY. Under the license agreement, the client acknowledges they have reviewed THE PRODUCT via web-site screenshots, tutorial, and/or taken advantage of THE PRODUCTS 30 day free trial offer, and purchased THE PRODUCT in good faith without recourse for return or refund.
ON-SITE TRAINING
Process Security, LLC, can assist clients in recognizing security and safety needs, and offers on-site program setup training. Training usually takes two to five man days on site. Fees are quoted on daily rates with all expenses paid portal to portal. Purchase Orders are required for clients located within the United States. Fees for foreign software program set-up training require pre-paid wire transfer.
